My site was built by someone else. Can you still maintain it?
Yes — most of our AMC clients come with sites built elsewhere. The free health check tells us (and you) what state it’s in; if it needs one-time fixes first, we quote those separately and honestly.
What counts as a "small change"?
Text, images, prices, timings, banners, adding a testimonial — anything under ~30 minutes. Bigger work (new pages, new features) is quoted separately at AMC-client rates, always before we start.
What happens if my site goes down at night?
Monitoring alerts us automatically. Business Care and above get same-day emergency response — usually the site is back before you knew it was down.
Is there a lock-in?
Monthly plans: no lock-in, cancel anytime. Annual plans are simply discounted (2 months free) if you prefer to prepay. When you leave, all backups and credentials are handed over — everything is in your name anyway.
Does AMC include hosting?
Hosting stays in your own account (you own it — always our rule), but we manage it for you: renewals reminders, configuration, and moving you to better hosting if yours is holding the site back.
